Choose the care symbols that match your garment label, then add the closest fabric and colour profile. The tool turns that into a simple household plan.

Always trust the strictest instruction you can see. If the written label, fibre blend, or brand note is stricter than the icon summary, follow the stricter instruction.

This tool is best for ordinary clothing, sportswear, knitwear, denim, bedding, and mixed-fabric basics. It is not a safe shortcut for leather, suede, sequins, glued trims, vintage garments, or sentimental items.

If the label says do not wash, do not tumble dry, or no steam, treat that as a real restriction, not a suggestion.

When in doubt, test spot-cleaning on a hidden area or use a professional cleaner.
